1. This similar group is similar to industrial volatile alkali (ammonia water) and industrial ammonia water (volatile alkali) in Part (2) of 0102, to ammonium chloride, potassium nitrate and ammonium nitrate in Part (4) of 0102, and to trace-element preparations for plants in 0105, and is cross-searched with industrial volatile alkali (ammonia), industrial ammonia (volatile alkali) and industrial volatile alkali (ammonia water) in Part (2) of 0102, sal ammoniac, ammonium chloride and sodium nitrate in Part (4) of 0102 in the 9th and earlier editions, and high-efficiency humus fertiliser in 3103 in the 6th and earlier editions;
2. plant growth regulators and plant biostimulants are similar to the first paragraph of 0105, to hormones for ripening fruit in 0113 and to the first paragraph of 0505, and are cross-searched with hormones for fruit ripening in 0113 in the 9th and earlier editions.

A fertiliser company's prior search should include the ammonia and nitrate items in 0102; nutrient solutions for flowers are filed in this group as “fertilisers”, whereas flower preservatives are in 0105 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
