This group covers electric machinery for the chemical industry, sulphuric-acid manufacturing equipment, soda-ash manufacturing equipment, coking equipment, etc. In 2026, “chemical reactors for production use” was added (chemical reactors for laboratory use were added to Part (4) of 0910 of Class 9 the same year). Chemical-equipment companies file in Class 7 or Class 9 according to whether the equipment is for production or laboratory use (practical tip). There are no official notes.
