3. parachutes are similar to paragliders in 2807.

This group covers aeroplanes, airships, hot-air balloons, drones (civilian), parachutes, space vehicles, etc. Official notes: this group is similar to 1211; motor vehicles for use on land, in the air, on water or on rails and remote-control vehicles (not toys) are cross-group protected goods; parachutes are similar to paragliders in 2807.

Drone companies should note: aerial-photography drones are filed as “civilian drones” in this group, toy drones are in 2802 of Class 28, and drone light-show performances are in Class 41 (added in 2026) (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
