This group covers edible starch, potato flour, tapioca starch, vermicelli, lotus-root starch, thickening agents for cooking food, etc.; there are no official notes. Industrial starch is in Part (16) of 0102 of Class 1; vermicelli is in this group, while instant vermicelli is in 3009 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
