This group covers trees, shrubs, tree trunks, uncut timber, Christmas trees (natural), etc. Official note: plants and seedlings are cross-group protected goods (3101, 3103). Processed timber is in 1901 of Class 19, and artificial Christmas trees are in 2810 of Class 28 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
