1. This similar group is cross-searched with praline chocolate spread in 2904 in the 8th and earlier editions;
2. cocoa beverages with milk, coffee beverages with milk, chocolate beverages with milk, coffee beverages, cocoa beverages and chocolate beverages are similar to the second paragraph of 2907, Part (2) of 3002 and 3202, and are cross-searched with kumis (milk beverage) and kefir (milk beverage) in 2907 and soy milk and fermented mung-bean drink in 3011 in the 10th and earlier editions.

This group covers coffee, coffee beans, cocoa, coffee beverages, cocoa beverages, chocolate beverages, coffee substitutes, etc. Official note: coffee beverages with milk, coffee beverages, cocoa beverages, etc. are similar to the second paragraph of 2907, Part (2) of 3002 and 3202. A coffee brand's prior search should include 2907 of Class 29 and 3202 of Class 32; café services are in 4301 of Class 43, and coffee machines are in 1104 of Class 11 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
