This group is the leasing, agency, brokerage, appraisal and management of real estate, apartment-house management, sale of commodity housing, etc. Official notes: real-estate appraisal is similar to financial evaluation in 3602; real-estate brokerage is cross-searched with brokerage in 3605 in the 11th and earlier editions. Real-estate development (development of construction projects) is in 4217 of Class 42, and construction of commodity housing is in 3702 of Class 37 (practical tip).
