Note to Part (1): 1. this part comprises single goods, and the paragraphs are not similar to one another;

2. sports whistles are cross-searched with whistles in 2807 in the 11th and earlier editions;

3. humanoid robots with artificial intelligence for preparing beverages and humanoid robots with artificial intelligence for household cleaning and laundry are cross-searched with humanoid robots with artificial intelligence in 0901 in the 11th and earlier editions;

4. sunglasses for pets are cross-searched with the accepted goods sunglasses for pets in 0921 and the accepted goods sunglasses for pets in 1806 in the 11th and earlier editions.

Note to Part (2): the former Part (2) — heated socks, heated clothing, heated vests, heated gloves and heated boots — was deleted in the 11th edition.

Editor's note: In the 2026 text, sunglasses for pets were moved from this group into 1010 of Class 10; the note to 1010 states that they are cross-searched with sunglasses for pets in 0924 in the 12th edition.

Part (1) of this group comprises single goods, and the paragraphs are not similar to one another (official note 1): egg candlers, dog whistles, electronic collars for training animals, decorative magnets, electrified fences, sports whistles, portable remote-control vehicle-stopping devices, and humanoid robots with artificial intelligence, etc. File item by item in this group; adjacent items do not protect one another.

Changes in 2026: life jackets for pets were added; sunglasses for pets were moved to 1010 of Class 10 (the new note to 1010 cross-searches with the 12th-edition sunglasses for pets of this group). The former Part (2) — heated socks, heated clothing, etc. — was deleted in the 11th edition (note); from 2026, heated clothing and heated vests are in 2501 of Class 25, heated socks in 2509, heated gloves in 2510 and heated boots in 2507, and are no longer in Class 9 or Class 11.

Robots with artificial intelligence are spread across this group (household, beverages), 0908 (companionship and learning), Part (6) of 0910 (scientific research) and Class 7 (industrial robots), so select items by use (practical tip).
