This group covers spades, shovels, rakes, picks, scythes and other hand-operated farm implements; it does not include knives and shears for agriculture and horticulture. Official note: “hand-operated hand tools” is a cross-group protected item (0801–0810). Agricultural machinery is in 0701 of Class 7, and horticultural hand tools are in 0803 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
