Notes on similar group 2812
Official notes (CNIPA Table of Similar Goods and Services, 2026 text; J&C reference translation)
1. Goods in the different parts of this similar group are not similar to one another;
2. Part (1) comprises single goods, and the paragraphs are not similar to one another;
3. scratch cards for lottery and printed lottery tickets are cross-searched with the accepted goods lottery tickets, scratch cards and similar goods in 1605 of Class 16 in the 9th and earlier editions.
Practice notes (J&C)
This group has two parts, which are not similar to one another: (1) cheerleading batons, camouflage screens (sports), scratch cards for lottery, printed lottery tickets, not similar to one another; (2) racket grip tape, sweat-absorbent grip tapes for rackets, sweatbands for sports. Official note: lottery tickets and scratch cards are cross-searched with 1605 of Class 16 in the 9th and earlier editions. Lottery issuing services are in Class 36 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
