2. horse-drawn transport is similar to freight, transport and logistics transport in 3901.

Practice notes (J&C)

This group has two parts: (1) car rental, car-parking services, garage rental, bicycle rental, rental of vehicles (cars), etc.; (2) horse-drawn transport, rental of draught animals. In 2026 Part (1) added “subscription-based car-rental services”. Car-rental businesses use this group as their core, and car financial leasing is in 3602 of Class 36 (practical tip). Official notes: the services in the different parts are not similar to one another; horse-drawn transport is similar to freight and transport in 3901.
