1. This similar group is similar to the printed matter in Part (1) of 1605;

2. Part (2) is similar to the printed publications in Part (1) and is not similar to other goods;

3. printed publications are similar to calendars in Part (1) of 1605 and the first paragraph of 1607, and are cross-searched with calendars (yearly) in Part (1) of 1605 in the 11th and earlier editions and tear-off calendars in Part (1) of 1605 in the 9th and earlier editions;

4. children's books with electronic sound-producing devices are similar to learning machines, electronic teaching learning machines and electronic sound-producing devices with books in 0908.

This group has two parts: (1) books, posters, atlases, instruction manuals, printed publications, etc.; (2) newspapers, periodicals, magazines. Official notes: Part (2) is similar only to the printed publications in Part (1) and not to other goods; printed publications are similar to calendars in 1605 and the first paragraph of 1607; children's books with electronic sound-producing devices are similar to learning machines in 0908.

Trademarks of publishers and media: paper publications are in this group, downloadable electronic publications are in 0901 of Class 9, publishing services are in 4104 of Class 41, and the provision of online electronic publications is in Class 41 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
