1. Goods in the different parts of this similar group are not similar to one another;
2. goods protected across similar groups: electric vehicles (1201, 1202, Part (1) of 1204, 1205, 1210), motor vehicles for use on land, in the air, on water or on rails (1201, 1202, Part (1) of 1204, 1209, 1210);
3. Part (1) is similar to 1211;
4. Part (2) is similar to hand pumps in 0808;
5. motorised bicycles, electric bicycles, motorised tricycles, electric tricycles, mopeds, scooters (vehicles) and electric mobility scooters (for the mobility-impaired) are similar to motorcycles and scooters (motorcycles) in 1202, and are cross-searched with motorcycles in 1203 in the 9th and earlier editions;
6. bicycle motors are cross-searched with bicycle motors in 0748 in the 8th and earlier editions.

This group has two parts: (1) bicycles, electric bicycles, scooters (vehicles), electric mobility scooters and their parts; (2) bicycle pumps. Official notes: the parts are not similar to one another; Part (1) is similar to 1211; Part (2) is similar to hand pumps in 0808; electric bicycles, motorised tricycles, mopeds, etc. are similar to motorcycles in 1202.
Electric two-wheeler companies centre on Part (1) of this group and also search 1202; bicycle helmets are in 0919 of Class 9, cycling clothing is in Class 25, and bicycle rental is in 3905 of Class 39 (added in 2026) (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
