This group has only fireworks, firecrackers, signal rockets, pyrotechnic products and explosive smoke signals. In 2026, the note to Class 13 changed “Christmas crackers” to “party poppers (party novelties)” (Class 28). Non-detonating firework toys are in 2802 of Class 28 (practical tip).
