1. Instant noodles and instant vermicelli are similar to instant rice in 3007;

2. edible paper and edible rice paper are cross-searched with the accepted goods glutinous rice paper for packaging in 1609 in the 10th and earlier editions.

Practice notes (J&C)

This group covers noodles, pasta, instant noodles, instant vermicelli, dough, spring-roll wrappers, etc. Official notes: instant noodles and instant vermicelli are similar to instant rice in 3007; edible paper and edible rice paper are cross-searched with glutinous rice paper for packaging in 1609 in the 10th and earlier editions. Rice flour (powder) is in 3008, and vermicelli is in 3012 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
