1. Goods protected across similar groups: household textiles for daily use (2405, 2406, Part (1) of 2407);

2. bath gloves are similar to bath sponges in 2110, and are cross-searched with bath sponges in 2112 in the 11th and earlier editions.

Practice notes (J&C)

This group covers towels of textile, bath towels, handkerchiefs, bath gloves, table napkins of textile, household textiles for daily use, etc. Official notes: household textiles for daily use are cross-group protected goods (2405, 2406, Part (1) of 2407); bath gloves are similar to bath sponges in 2110. Paper towels and paper handkerchiefs are in 1603 of Class 16, and towelling blankets are in 2406 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
