This group covers hats, berets, hoods, hat brims, hat frames, etc.; there are no official notes. In 2026, “monks' caps (hats)” was deleted. Safety helmets are in 0919 of Class 9, swimming caps are in 2503, and shower caps are in 2513 (practical tip).
