1. The services in the different parts of this similar group are not similar to one another;
2. distribution of videotapes is similar to film distribution in 4105, and is cross-searched with distribution (dissemination) of cine-film in 4105 in the 11th and earlier editions.
Practice notes (J&C)
This group has two parts, which are not similar to one another: (1) book publishing, text publishing (other than advertising texts), online publishing of electronic books and journals, provision of non-downloadable online electronic publications, etc.; (2) distribution of videotapes. Official note: distribution of videotapes is similar to film distribution in 4105. Publication of advertising texts is in 3501 of Class 35, and printing is in Class 40 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
