This group covers food colourants, colourants for beverages, caramel (food colourant), malt colorant, etc.; there are no official notes. In 2026, “edible glazes for decorating food” was added.
Note for food-additive companies: food colourants are in this group, food preservatives and chemicals for the food industry are in 0113, and food flavourings are in 3018 of Class 30 (practical tip).
