1. This similar group consists of single services, and the paragraphs are not similar to one another;

2. processing of medicinal materials is similar to milling in 4001, and is cross-searched with milling in 4002 in the 9th and earlier editions.

Practice notes (J&C)

This group consists of single services, and the paragraphs are not similar to one another: art framing, engraving, energy production, production of renewable green energy, processing of medicinal materials, 3D printing, fuel processing, etc. In 2026 bioremediation services and grinding and polishing of jewellery were added. Official note: processing of medicinal materials is similar to milling in 4001. Power-generation companies file under “energy production” in this group, and electricity distribution is in 3908 of Class 39 (practical tip).
