1. The first paragraph is similar to 2601;
2. electric and non-electric hair curlers (not hand tools) are similar to curling tongs, hair-curling irons and hand implements for curling hair in 0806, and are cross-searched with hand implements for curling hair (non-electric) in 0806 and electric curling irons in 0924 in the 9th and earlier editions.

Hairdressing companies should also search 0806 of Class 8 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
