1. Goods in the different parts of this similar group are not similar to one another;
2. Part (1) is cross-searched with swimming kick boards in Part (1) of 2807 in the 11th and earlier editions and floats for bathing or swimming and swimming rings in 0919 in the 9th and earlier editions;
3. water wings, swimming rings and swimming buoyancy vests are similar to life buoys and life jackets in 0919, and are cross-searched with swimming life buoys and swimming life jackets in 0919 in the 9th and earlier editions.
Practice notes (J&C)
This group has two parts, which are not similar to one another: (1) shin guards, elbow guards, knee guards, boxing gloves, fencing masks, swimming rings, swimming flippers, etc. for sports; (2) roller skates, ice skates, inline skates, snowshoes. Official note: swimming rings and swimming buoyancy vests are similar to life buoys and life jackets in 0919.
In 2026, three items such as “shin guards (sporting articles)” were changed to “shin guards for sports”, “elbow guards for sports” and “knee guards for sports”. Safety helmets are in 0919 of Class 9, knee guards for medical use are in 1008 of Class 10, and skis are in 2807 (practical tip).
