1. This similar group is similar to the first paragraph of Part (1) of 0501 (other than medicines for human use) and the second paragraph of 0502;

2. golden syrup is similar to syrup for making beverages, almond syrup and syrup for making lemonade in 3203, and is cross-searched with syrup for making lemon juice in 3203 in the 9th and earlier editions and lemon syrup in the 6th and earlier editions.

This group covers honey, propolis, royal jelly, molasses, golden syrup, etc. Official notes: this group is similar to the first paragraph of Part (1) of 0501 (other than medicines for human use) and the second paragraph of 0502; golden syrup is similar to syrup for making beverages in 3203. Bee-product companies should also search 0501 and 0502 of Class 5 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
