1. This similar group is similar to paper in 1601;

2. toilet paper, paper handkerchiefs, make-up removing tissues, paper napkins, paper towels, facial tissues of paper, paper cleaning cloths and paper wipes are similar to tampons, sanitary napkins, panty liners, tissues impregnated with medicinal lotions, wipes impregnated with sanitary disinfectant and disinfectant tissues in 0506, and are cross-searched with sanitary pads in 0506 in the 10th and earlier editions and menstrual pads and toilet paper impregnated with medicinal lotions in 0506 in the 9th and earlier editions;

3. toilet paper, paper handkerchiefs, make-up removing tissues, paper napkins, paper towels and facial tissues of paper are similar to tissues impregnated with cosmetic lotions, tissues impregnated with make-up removing preparations and make-up removing pads impregnated with make-up removing preparations in 0306, and are cross-searched with toilet paper impregnated with cosmetics and tissues impregnated with cosmetics in 0306 in the 9th and earlier editions;

4. beer mats of paper, paper table mats and paper coasters are similar to paper plates and paper trays for household use in 2101.

This group covers toilet paper, paper handkerchiefs, paper towels, paper tablecloths, paper napkins, paper coasters, etc. Official notes: this group is similar to paper in 1601; toilet paper and paper towels are similar to sanitary napkins and wipes in 0506 and to tissues impregnated with cosmetic lotions in 0306; paper coasters are similar to paper plates in 2101.

A household-paper brand's prior search should include 0506 of Class 5 and 0306 of Class 3; wet wipes are in 0301 (baby cleaning), 0306 (cosmetic) and 0506 (disinfectant) by use (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
