1. Goods in the different parts of this similar group are not similar to one another;
2. Part (2) comprises single goods, and the paragraphs are not similar to one another;
3. wedding dresses are similar to clothing in 2501.
Practice notes (J&C)
This group has two parts, which are not similar to one another: (1) religious clothing (chasubles, nuns' wimples, priests' stoles, etc.); (2) sashes for clothing, shower caps, sleep masks, hairdressing capes, wedding dresses and shaving capes (added in 2026), not similar to one another. Official note: wedding dresses are similar to clothing in 2501. Wedding-dress companies should also search 2501; wedding-dress rental is in Class 45 (practical tip).
