1. This similar group is cross-searched with the 3D glasses of 0921 in the 12th and earlier editions;
2. telescopic sights for weapons and telescopic sights for firearms are similar to sighting devices for firearms other than telescopic sights, sighting devices for weapons other than telescopic sights, sights for guns and rifles, rifle sights and gun sights in 1301.

This group includes microscopes, telescopes, eyepieces, objective lenses, optical lenses, magnifying glasses, refractometers, 3D glasses, etc. Changes in 2026: “3D glasses” was moved into this group from the deleted 0921, and note 1 was added (this group is cross-searched with the 3D glasses of 0921 in the 12th and earlier editions); the former note became note 2.
From 2026, ordinary spectacles, contact lenses, sunglasses and spectacle frames are in 1011 of Class 10, not in this group and not in Class 9; eyewear companies must re-check their class selection from 2026 (practical tip).
Telescopic sights for weapons and firearms are in this group and are similar to the gun sights and sighting devices in 1301 (note 2).
