1. Goods protected across similar groups: fuels (0402, 0403);

2. volatile mixed fuels, fuels, illuminating oil, petrol, light petroleum, diesel oil, gas oil, kerosene, motor fuel, fuel oil and petroleum gas are similar to petroleum (raw or refined) in 0401.

This group covers petrol, diesel oil, kerosene, fuel oil, petroleum gas, alcohol fuel, illuminating oil, etc. Official notes: the cross-group protected goods “fuels” (0402, 0403); petrol, diesel oil and the like are similar to petroleum (raw or refined) in 0401.

Filling-station services are in 3707 of Class 37, fuel distribution is in Class 39, and electrical energy is in 0407 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
