1. The goods in this similar group are similar, according to their function and intended use, to the corresponding medicated goods in Class 5;

2. goods protected across similar groups: toiletries (0301, 0306);

3. the first paragraph is similar to 0306 and to bath preparations for medical purposes, seawater for medicinal baths and mud for baths in 0501, and is cross-searched with medicinal bath preparations in 0501 in the 10th and earlier editions and with medical bath agents in 0501 in the 9th and earlier editions;

4. the second paragraph is similar to 0302 and to leather-bleaching preparations and leather detergents in 0303;

5. non-medicated bath salts and bath salts are similar to mineral-water bath salts in 0501, and are cross-searched with mineral-water bath salts in 0501 in the 9th and earlier editions;
