This group is secretarial and office-support services: photocopying, typing, shorthand, word processing, telephone answering for absent subscribers, compilation of information into computer databases, computerised file management, newspaper subscription for others, etc.

Changes in 2026: “recording the transfer of stocks (office functions)” and “multimedia-content subscription for others” were added; “rental of office machines and equipment*” and “rental of office equipment in co-working facilities” were deleted, so office-equipment rental items can no longer be filed in this group from 2026, though photocopier rental is retained. Experience-based tip: existing registrations still go by their approved items and the registration gazette, and a renewal need not change items because of a deletion; new applications choose items under the edition in force at filing.

“Invoicing” was in this group before 2026 and is now in 3507, cross-searched with 3506 in the 12th and earlier editions (note 1 to 3507).
