1. The goods in all parts of this similar group are cross-searched with gaming apparatus in the 12th and earlier editions;
2. goods in the different parts of this similar group are not similar to one another;
3. Part (1) is cross-searched with amusement apparatus for use with external display screens or monitors and game machines for use with external display screens or monitors in 0908 in the 9th and earlier editions, amusement apparatus for use with televisions and game machines for use with televisions in 0908 in the 8th and earlier editions, and automatic and coin-operated game machines in 0908 in the 7th and earlier editions;
4. large building blocks are similar to building blocks (toys) in 2802;
5. protective films specially adapted for portable game console screens are cross-searched with the accepted goods protective films for portable game console screens in 1703 in the 10th and earlier editions.

Game companies should note: game-machine hardware is in Part (1) of this group, downloadable game software is in 0901 of Class 9, and online gaming services are in 4105 of Class 41 (practical tip).
