Practice notes (J&C)
This group covers lace, hair bands, shoelaces, trimmings for clothing, expanding bands for holding sleeves (sleeve garters), macramé handicrafts, etc. Official note: this group is similar to the first paragraph of 2602. In 2026, “braids” was deleted. Lace fabrics (by the piece) are in 2401 of Class 24 (added in 2026), and hairpins (260040) and hair clips (260015) are in 2602 (practical tip).
