1. Goods protected across similar groups: hand-operated hand tools (0801, 0802, 0803, 0804, 0805, 0806, 0807, 0808, 0809, 0810);
2. non-electric can openers are similar to corkscrews (electric or non-electric) and bottle openers (electric or non-electric) in 2101, and are cross-searched with bottle-opening knives and corkscrews in 2101 in the 10th and earlier editions.

This group covers scissors, folding knives, hunting knives, shears, non-electric can openers, peeling knives, etc.; it does not include machine blades or stationery knives. Official notes: non-electric can openers are similar to corkscrews and bottle openers in 2101; “hand-operated hand tools” is a cross-group protected item.
In 2026, “seam rippers” was added. Kitchen knives are in this group, table knives are in 0812, stationery knives are in 1610 of Class 16, and machine blades are in 0742 of Class 7 (practical tip).
