This group has three parts, which are not similar to one another: (1) combs, electric combs, fine-tooth combs; (2) brushes (toilet brushes, shoe brushes, horse brushes, etc., not toothbrushes); (3) brush-making materials. Official notes: flat brushes are similar to brush pens (stationery) in 1614; Part (2) is cross-searched with toothbrushes for animals in 2108 in the 11th and earlier editions. Toothbrushes are in 2108, cosmetic brushes are in 2110, and artists' brushes are in 1614 of Class 16 (practical tip). No additions or deletions to this group in 2026.
