说明 在10-01-2015，通过删除“为了证明其质量的目的”，并插入“确定货物是否符合犹太质量认证标准”来澄清服务的性质，修改了07－01-2004条目。虽然该检验服务可由认证机构提交，但“认证”、或他人的货物/服务的确认或批准，并不是尼斯分类下的服务。此外，该说明不应与第三方使用的认证标志一起使用，以表明其货物/服务是“认证的”或由认证机构批准。参见TMEP第1306.06页。 |
