Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) are Internal Revenue (IRS)-sanctioned employer-funded, tax advantaged employer health benefit plans that reimburse employees for out of pocket medical expenses and individual health insurance premiums. 01-01-2015: On 01-01-2015, this 04-04-2013 entry was amended to add "Financial" in order to clarify the nature of the services in compliance with related changes under the Nice Classification, Tenth edition, version 2015, effective 01-01-2015.
