EU trademark classification table
EU Trademark Classification (EUIPO Harmonised Database)
The EU trademark classification follows the Nice Agreement and has 45 classes: classes 1 to 34 cover goods and classes 35 to 45 cover services.
It is applied uniformly by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in registration and examination, helping applicants define the goods or services covered by their marks and ensuring consistent classification and legal certainty.
On this page you can browse the top-level directory of all 45 classes and see the goods or services each covers, as a reference for your EU trademark application.
