Warning of invoices for extraneous IP services(重要提示：防国际业务索费骗局)
If you receive an invoice related to your patent, utility model, trademark, or design application from an agency other than J&C IP AGENCY or the company you have authorized to deposit annuity payments on your behalf, there is reason to doubt whether such invoice relates to any relevant IP service you need.
委托代理机构办理的国际知识产权业务，各国官方机构仅会与申请人或权利人授权的代理人联系与沟通。假如您在业务办理期间收到任何第三方机构的索费材料，如商业发票(INVOICE)等，或是其他看似官方机构文件的材料，如WIPO, OHIM通知书等，请一定要谨慎，切勿轻易付款。
These invoices generally request a payment for registering your application, or offer another extraneous service unrelated to the maintenance or prosecution of your IP rights. If you are not sure about the ground of the invoice, contact us .
