Official English notes
On 06-15-2017, this 08-02-2007 entry was modified to delete the term "winery" in order to clarify the nature of the Class 44 services. Winery services is acceptable wording in Class 40 without further specification because it is considered to refer to wine making services for others, pursuant to the common definition of a winery as "a distillery where wine is made." On 06-07-2018, this 06-15-2017 entry was amended from "Vineyard services, namely, the cultivation of grapes for others" to "Vineyard agricultural services, namely, the cultivation of grapes for others" to clarify that these are agricultural services for others.
