This entry was transferred from Class 42 to Class 44 due to the restructuring of Class 42 that was implemented in the 8th edition of the Nice Agreement. On 06-20-2013, the 01-01-2002 entry was modified by inserting "for hygiene purposes" to make clear the nature of the services and to justify classifying the services in Class 44. Although services involving provision of general purpose facilities, such as convention centers and exhibition halls, are classified in Class 43, services involving provision of specialized facilities/facilities for a particular purpose are classified according to the intended purpose. These hot tub facilities services are similar to "Public baths for hygiene purposes," which is in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 44. Therefore, provision of hot tub facilities for hygiene purposes is also in Class 44.
