06-17-2010 - This service includes consultation on the technological capabilities of the goods, how they operate, and the capacity of the goods to perform at an optimal level. 08-06-2020 - Consultation services are in principle classified in the same classes as the services that correspond to the subject matter of the consultation. The service-related subject matter must be set forth with adequate specificity to allow for accurate classification in accordance with the related branch of activity specified in the Nice Class Headings.
