Also, please note that providing a website featuring downloadable software for {specify function of the programs} is not an acceptable identification because it is unclear whether the applicant is offering goods in the nature of downloadable software in Class 9, or whether the applicant is offering services in the nature of hosting computer software applications of others in Class 42. 09-05-2013 - Entry status changed from "A" added to "X" example.
