06-21-2012: This service consists of the publication of newsletters that are themselves sent via e-mail and are not downloadable. Previously on 1-1-2012, the original entry "Providing newsletters in the field of {indicate subject matter or field} via e-mail" (dated 12-1-2002) was amended to "Providing online newsletters in the field of {indicate subject matter or field} via e-mail [non-downloadable]." As this modification created uncertainty, the "[non-downloadable]" has been removed.
