Official English notes
On 05-30-2013, the 06-17-2010 entry was amended to add the words "services" and "live" to clarify the nature of the services and to avoid confusion. For entertainment services in the nature of performances, such as those rendered by a musical group, the performance must be live. Recorded entertainment usually takes the form of goods in Class 9, such as videotapes, audio cassettes, DVDs, CD-ROMs, etc. TMEP §1402.11(g).
