1-01-2014 Pursuant to the Nice Classification, Tenth edition, version 2014, effective 1-1-14, services involving "providing on-line videos, not downloadable" are classified in Class 41, regardless of the subject matter of the videos. However, USPTO policy requires specification of the subject matter of the videos.
