2-18-10 - The 7-12-07 entry was amended to delete "an interactive web site featuring" and to add "academic" before "field" because, as written, the Manual entry may give the mis-impression that "educational information in the field of science," etc., is OK in Class 41 because, as previously written, the information appears to be "educational." However, "educational information in the field of mathematics" is in Class 42 based on mathematics being a scientific subject matter while if it is specified as being "academic" it would be information about the educational aspects of mathematics.
