02-26-2015 - Arranging and conducting educational congresses is acceptable in Class 41; further specification is acceptable, but it is not required. 01-01-2021 - "Arranging and conducting educational congresses" is no longer acceptable. Identifications for arranging and conducting of educational congresses must indicate the field or subject matter of the educational activity in order to provide public notice and to enable the USPTO to reach informed judgments concerning likelihood of confusion under the Trademark Act. See TMEP §1402.01.
