Official English notes
On 02-11-2016, the 04-02-1991 entry was changed from "Painting in the field of {indicate, e.g. houses, vehicles}" to the current wording. Painting services are classified in Class 37 as maintenance-type activities for restoring objects to their original condition or preserving them without altering their physical or chemical properties. Painting services in Class 37 do not encompass custom painting of artwork services, which are classified in Class 41.
