Official English notes
On 3-3-11, the 7-8-10 ID was amended from "providing a website enabling inventors to search for investors" to the current ID so there is no confusion with "providing a website featuring technology that enables inventors to search for investors, which is a technology service classified in Class 42. On 3-15-12, this entry was further modified change the wording "at which" to the current language. This change eliminates the confusion of this service with the Class 42 service that enables users to perform a task at/on a website. The latter is in Class 42 because it is primarily a technology service. On 03-30-2017, this 03-15-2012 ID was amended from "Providing a website featuring a searchable database of investors for use by inventors" to "Providing an online searchable database featuring a listing of investors for use by inventors," to better justify classification in Class 35.
