Official English notes
On 1-1-2012, the entry "Formed textured vegetable protein for use as a meat extender or meat substitute" of 4-2-1991 was amended to delete the wording "meat extender or." The original wording is no longer acceptable under the 10th Edition of the Nice Agreement because it is indefinite as to the purpose of the goods and may include goods in more than one class.
