On 1-1-2012, this entry of 10-1-2001 was transferred from Class 9 in accordance with the 10th Edition of Nice Agreement. Under the 10th Edition, all game apparatus are in Class 28 because "games and playthings" are in the Class 28 Heading. On 10-09-2014, the 1-1-2012 entry was modified by deleting "gaming purposes" and inserting "casinos" to make clear that "gaming" in this context refers to gambling, and not recreational computer game playing.
